For the SS26 season, Slowear's Milan showroom transforms into a meeting point between fashion and culture.
Bookclub installed within the spaces of Corso Sempione is an immersive installation that reinterprets the language of the contemporary showroom through the relaxed and elegant aesthetic that has always defined Slowear. Wooden bookshelves lining the walls, texts, typewriters, vividly colored chairs. The mannequins read, walk, exist as characters in a novel still unfolding. The collection comes to life in a domestic and intellectual setting, where every garment becomes part of a daily life chosen with intention.
Against a backdrop of blue and white stripes, suspended lights and lived-in details, the space stages a fashion experience with a slow and sophisticated rhythm, where clothing, books, design and lifestyle engage in natural dialogue. The looks on display become part of an essential and refined visual narrative — turning the retail space into an environment to be lived in, not just observed.
Completing the narrative journey, a sequence of suspended sheets moves vertically through the space like a flow in motion, playing with the duality between indoor and outdoor. The white structures, punctuated by the natural light filtering through large industrial windows, create a visual dialogue between matter and air, emphasizing the lightness, construction and sartorial care of the garments on display. The white-and-navy striped gazebo Slowear Bookclub marks the symbolic boundary of a space dedicated to slowness, thought, and style understood as a form of culture.
